What could I use the unit for?

We have units of varying sizes and uses. Potential accepted uses are: (subject to planning)

  • Newsagents
  • Off Licence
  • Grocers
  • Pharmacy
  • Takeaway
  • Hairdressers/barbers

Prohibited Uses:

  • Betting shops
  • Any form of gambling or amusement arcade
  • Any business requiring a sex establishment licence
  • Financial services (except Post Offices)

What costs are involved?

Our commercial lettings reflect current market trends and conditions and leases are negotiated using independent surveyors. All new leases/rent reviews/lease renewals will be subject to legal costs. Please take these costs into consideration.

What happens when a unit becomes vacant?

When a unit becomes vacant, we actively consider all options to increase its value such as:

  • continuing to let the unit
  • changing its use
  • redevelopment.
