Narvinder Khossa
Narvinder has over 26 years of combined expertise in property management, construction project management, and residential development, and brings a wealth of strategic leadership and operational performance experience to our Board.
She has a motivation for delivery of homes that help create positive social impact, providing homes for all.
Narvinder was appointed to the Board in April 2024.
Noel Sharpe
Noel is Group Chief Executive Officer at Bolton at Home and has been working in the sphere of social housing in the northwest for over 20 years having previously worked in London for 10 years before that. As a Senior Executive and Non-Executive Noel has extensive strategic and operational experience at a very senior level across a wide-ranging set of organisations. Her experience spans all aspects of general needs and supported housing management, property asset maintenance and investment, regeneration and community investment and new homes development
Noel is a committed and passionate believer in the importance of investment in communities to support and enable them to bring about demonstrable and sustained improvement in their quality of life.
Noel joined the Group Development Committee as an Executive Director member in January 2023.
