Dramatic Action | Investing in our communities

Dramatic Action is a customer drama group that raises awareness of social issues through an array of live and recorded performances.

It formed in 2010 from a group of customers who revealed to us their personal barriers to housing and maintaining tenancies. The group has grown ever since and its members represent those who don't feel heard, including people with disabilities, ex offenders and former users of substances.

Six new customers joined this year, making 20 active members. They share friendships outside of Dramatic Action and everyone is involved in the direction of the group. It became constituted in 2015, which allows us to apply for external funding.
