Our under 35's project helps customers to overcome barriers to work.
Amy is a recent success story. She secured a three month contract with the potential to become permanent, as an early years practitioner at a local nursery.
Amy felt alone in her efforts to get work when she came to us. We spent time understanding what she wanted to do, and then brought in specialists to give her the confidence and guidance she needed. Armed with a quality CV and practised interview skills when the opportunity arose, Amy boosted her prospects of long-term employment through our project.
