The Octagon Theatre
We distributed 1,800 free tickets to customers for The Octagon Theatre, for the third successive year of our partnership with Bolton's flagship cultural venue.
As well as introducing more people to theatre, we supported a theatre club for members to discuss performances and themes. We arranged ‘meet the actor’ sessions and back stage tours. We encouraged customers to take up the youth theatre bursary scheme. And we formed a new boroughwide adult theatre group, which has created opportunities for customers to work with industry professionals and visit other theatres.
