This FREE course, which will be delivered on-line via Microsoft Teams, is designed to show you how to manage stress, anxiety and build confidence through participating in some relaxation techniques and mood boosting activities.
The course will cover:
- Understanding anxiety & stress
- Identifying stressors
- Building a healthy self esteem
- Identifying areas for change
- Facing your fears
- Prioritising & setting goals
- Making a difference
This 7.5-hour course is run over 3 consecutive days from 10am – 12:30pm each day. Please note: You will need either a laptop, tablet or smart phone to attend this on-line course. Help will be provided to access Microsoft Teams.

Be Confident Applying for Jobs FREE one-day online course - Customer Training Programme

Our completely FREE 'Be Confident applying for jobs' course will be delivered via Microsoft Teams and is designed to help build your confidence applying for jobs to multiply your chances of getting and succeeding at your dream job.
The course will cover:
- Creating a great CV
- Successful job application forms
- Preparing for your interview
- Common mistakes and what to avoid
- Making a positive first impression
- Building confidence with a positive mindset
- STAR technique
This 6-hour course is run over two consecutive days, 12noon – 3pm.
