Fees for leaseholders and Shared Ownership owners

The following charges apply for leaseholders of former Bolton at Home properties and current Shared Ownership owners:

  • Staircasing and Resale Admin Fee: £200 plus VAT
  • Remortgage Consent Fee: £150 plus VAT
  • Transfer of Equity (changes to the person on the lease): £150 plus VAT
  • Lease Extension/Freehold Purchase Admin Fee: £200 plus VAT
  • Home Improvement Consent Request Fee: £350 plus VAT
  • Retrospective Home Improvement Consent Request Fee: £450 plus VAT
  • LPE1 (Management Pack) Fee: £250 plus VAT
  • Notice of Transfer Fee: £120 plus VAT
  • Chase of Notice Fee: £100 plus VAT
  • Consent to Trade Fee: £350 plus VAT
  • Copy of Lease Fee: £20 plus VAT
