Pay your rent over the phone

If you wish to pay your rent over the phone, you'll need:

  • A Debit or Credit Card* (Cards we accept, Switch, Visa, MasterCard, Delta or Solo)
  • Your rent reference which you can find on your rent statment
  • For automated payments, your allpay 19 digit reference number.

Call us on 01204 328000 and follow the instructions to pay your rent. 

You'll be put through to allpay, our automated payment service, or you can opt to speak to a member of our team if you prefer.

*Please note:  if you use a Credit Card to pay your rent a surcharge will be payable.

Don't have a bank account?

If you don't have a bank account, please contact our Money Advice Team on 01204 328000 and we will assist you.

We can provide you with the best options, help you to complete application forms and supporting documentation.

Please note:  If you receive benefits, you'll need a Bank or Building Society account to receive Universal Credit payments.
