Important notice for current Homes for Bolton customers

The new Homes for Bolton Application Form has now gone live which means that all current customers who wish to remain on the housing register will need to reregister using the new form.

You will be notified via email and through the Homes for Bolton website. You will need to reapply by 12 June 2020.

Providing you reapply for this date, your time already accrued on the housing register will transfer over to the new system. If you fail to reapply by this date, you may lose the time accrued.

To complete your new application, visit https://locatapro.org/Register/Bolton/

Once the new application form has been completed, you can continue to place bids on the current system as normal until the new system goes live in early summer, although the number of properties being advertised at the present time is low.

Unfortunately due to the temporary closure of the UCAN centres and restricted service in the Town Hall, we are unable to offer face to face assistance with reregistration.

For further information on the regstration process, please read the FAQ’s. FAQ's Customer Reregistration Process.docx [docx] 19KB

If customers require assistance when reapplying the following options are available;

  • Call the Homes for Bolton Team on 01204 335811. However please note, they are experiencing extremely high volumes of calls and suggest customers make contact by email.
  • Email the Homes for Bolton team - homesforbolton@bolton.gov.uk.
