From Monday 15 September 2025, around 1,000 tenants will be randomly selected to share their views and experiences about our services. Most people will get a phone call, and some may receive a text or email. We’ve asked Kwest Research, an independent company, to carry out the surveys on our behalf over the next few weeks.
Your views help us understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve. Thank you for taking part.
Kwest Research follows a strict code of conduct. Their interviewers won’t lead you to a particular answer, and you’ll be given a fair choice of responses to share your opinion.
The results will be used to calculate our annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which we share with the Regulator of Social Housing - and we’ll also publish the findings on our website so you can see what tenants have told us and how we’re responding.
You can stay anonymous if you prefer. Your answers will only be linked to your name if you choose.
As we all need to be aware of potential bogus callers, Kwest will only contact you about the survey. You won’t be asked for passwords, financial details, or personal information about your household.
Kwest Research will call from a mobile number, between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. If you miss the call, please don’t worry – they may try again later. There’s no need to call them back, and there’s no cost to you. No voicemails will be left.

Once we’ve reviewed the survey responses, we’ll share the main findings and any changes we’ve made or plan to make based on your feedback.
