See our latest tenant satisfaction results (our 2025 Tenant Satisfaction Measures results)

Have you seen our latest tenant satisfaction results? They’re now live on our website.

Each year, we share them as part of our commitment to being open and transparent with you on how we’re performing, as well as to meet the requirements set out by the Regulator of Social Housing.

These results are known as our ‘Tenant Satisfaction Measures’ (or TSMs) and we get them through yearly surveys that help us to understand how satisfied tenants are with our services. 

We also publish figures taken from our internal systems to give you more context on how we’re performing.

  • the overall service we provide,
  • repairs and maintenance,
  • the quality and safety of our homes,
  • our ability to collect feedback and suggestions, and act upon them,
  • the ways we communicate and keep customers involved,
  • our approach to handling complaints,
  • our maintenance of communal areas,
  • how we handle antisocial behaviour,
  • and more.
