We're trialling a new 'Housing Hub' on the Great Holme estate, Great Lever
In this short video, Bolton at Home colleagues Chris, Wayne, and Darren talk about our new 'Housing Hub' on Great Holme Estate in Great Lever.
Similar to our UCAN centres, it's a new model we're trialling in the area to help respond to the things that matter most to residents:
As you'd expect from any other UCAN centre, you'll be able to access:
- housing support,
- help with jobs and CVs,
- safeguarding,
- support from our Money Advice Team (more on them at: www.boltonathome.org.uk/money-advice-team),
- health and wellbeing advice,
- and help to reduce gas/electric bills.
But, as it's part of a trial of our new 'Housing Hub' model, it'll also offer:
- a place to report your repairs,
- an on-site maintenance service for minor property repairs and check-ups,
- and support with waste/fly tipping and other environmental issues.
