Want to know how social landlords are doing — and what the latest results mean for you? A new online session from Four Million Homes will explain the second year of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and what they tell us about landlord performance.
As your landlord, we’re committed to being open and honest about how we perform. This independent webinar will help you understand what good performance looks like across the sector — and what you should expect from us and other providers.
There are two sessions on Thursday 27 November 2025.

- 7:30pm to 9:00pm
- Location: online – open to all social housing residents and free.
This session will give you clear, practical insights into:
- What TSMs are and why they matter.
- How landlords are performing nationally in areas like:
- Repairs and maintenance
- Building safety
- Complaints handling
- Respectful and helpful engagement
- Overall satisfaction with services.
- What these results mean for you as a tenant.
