Our festive opening arrangements for 2025
Here are our opening arrangements for the 2025 festive season:

Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 December 2025:
Full service as normal, 8am to 5.30pm
Wednesday 24 December 2025:
Open 8am to 4pm, full service
Our Valley House reception closes at 12pm and reopens 8.45am on Monday 5 January 2026
Thursday 25 and Friday 26 December 2025
Closed
Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 December 2025
Open 9am to 4pm.
During this time we’ll be providing a reduced service, including:
- Emergency repairs
- Other emergency-related calls
- Urgent antisocial behaviour reports
- Automated and advisor assisted rent payments
- Facebook will not be monitored
- Our webchat will be monitored until 3.30pm
Wednesday 31 December 2025 and Thursday 1 January 2026
Closed
Friday 2 January 2026
Open 8am to 4pm with reduced service, including:

Valley House reception reopens, full services resume as normal.
Our UCAN centres:
Please note that our UCAN centres will close from w/c Monday 22 December and will reopen again during w/c Monday 5 January 2026.
