Our CEO’s radio interview is available to stream now
As a housing association, quality, affordable homes are at the heart of what we do. This means looking after existing properties (including by tackling our Covid repairs backlog), working to make empty homes ready for new tenants, and building new homes to step up the supply of affordable housing in and around the borough.
As part of this, were also prioritising green technologies, skills, and training to ensure our existing/new homes are more sustainable and affordable to live in.
We don’t just do housing, though. We’re also about supporting our customers and communities to thrive with services like employment support, UCAN centres, a Money Advice Team, tenancy support, and more.
