Brookdale Close, safe to return after evacuation

We were made aware this afternoon (Wednesday 4 March) that police had been called to one of our properties at Brookdale Close, off Blackburn Road, Bolton, due to a disturbance and reports of a potential gas leak.

The disturbance was brought under control by police while gas engineers made sure the area was safe.

People locally were evacuated for a time but we can provide assurances that the area has been declared safe to return to.
