Call 01204 328000 any time if you need to report antisocial behaviour
If you’re experiencing any issues with antisocial behaviour, or have any concerns about how we're dealing with these issues, we’re here to help.
You can now call the same 01204 328000 number both during and outside of our main office hours if you need to tell us about an issue or provide additional information:
- When you call during our main office hours, you’ll reach our Neighbourhood Safety and Enforcement Team.
- When you call outside of our main office hours, you’ll reach the ASB Respect Line. The ASB Respect Line team can take new reports, take additional information for an ongoing case, or offer advice.
- The ASB Respect Line team will then log any details you provide and share them securely with our Neighbourhood Safety and Enforcement Team to review during office hours.

Please remember that serious crime, such as suspected drug crime and violent crime, should be reported direct to the Police, who have greater investigatory powers and tools. Always call 999 if someone is in immediate danger.
