Mossfield Meadows
The Mossfield Meadows Action Group has overseen, and helped in, the development of derelict land between Mossfield and Ash Road in Kearsley.
The land had been neglected for years and was a local eyesore. So the action group consulted the community on different ideas before agreeing a design for the space.
They're looking to develop food growing on the site and plant lots of perennial flowers to attract butterflies, bees and other wildlife to the site.
