Over the last year, we completed 98.7% of emergency repairs within target timescales, 79.7% of non-emergency repairs on time, and kept 97% of appointments. While most urgent jobs were sorted quickly, we know routine repairs have taken longer than you’d like.
That’s why we’re investing £58 million a year over the next five years to speed things up, improve communication, and make sure more jobs are fixed first time. We’re bringing in new technology and upskilling staff, and expanding our teams to give you a smoother, faster service.
