We want to protect communities and stand by tenants who speak up about antisocial behaviour (annual report 2024 to 2025)
Antisocial behaviour can affect everyone’s sense of safety. We’re committed to making every neighbourhood a better place to live – where people feel secure, respected, and proud of their community.
That’s why we’ve launched a 24-hour reporting helpline, introduced an online reporting app, and given staff extra training on equality and vulnerability, so every report is handled with care and understanding.
We’ve also made it easier to escalate serious cases quickly and worked closely with tenants to improve how we handle reports.
