Valley House will be open on Fridays
We’re reopening Valley House on Fridays, from 6 February 2026.
Over the last year, more of our colleagues have been based at Valley House again. Because of this, we’re reopening reception on Fridays and you’ll be able to get in person support there again if you need it.
What this means for you
- Valley House will be open for visits Monday to Friday, from 8:45am to 4:00pm.
- Reception services and face-to-face support will be available as usual.
- You have more flexibility if you prefer to speak to us in person.
