This session will explain what Awaab’s Law means for tenants and how it strengthens your rights to a safe, healthy home.
From 27 October 2025, housing providers will be legally required to act quickly on health hazards like damp and mould, with strict timeframes for repairs. The law will also expand to cover other serious risks - including electrical safety, fire hazards, and extreme temperatures.
There’ll be time for questions and discussion. Closed captions will be available for accessibility.
