Upcoming training and webinars (June to August 2025)

Here are the upcoming online training sessions and webinars from Four Million Homes to keep you informed and aware of your rights.

 

Training sessions:

Your landlord and the law on 25 June will provide an overview of key legal obligations.

Equality and diversity in social housing on 2 July will explore the Equality Act 2010 and your rights to fair access to housing services.

Your landlord and your money on 9 July will discuss how your rent and service charges are used.

Awaab’s Law: making your home safer, faster on 16 July will cover the implications of Awaab’s Law on health hazards like damp and mould.

Handling your complaints on 23 July will explain the complaints process and landlord responsibilities.

Working with your landlord: resident panels on 30 July will discuss the role of resident panels in shaping decisions and policies.

Running your residents’ association on 6 August will explain how to start and run a residents' association.

 

Webinars:

The power of resident voice in social housing on 26 June: two sessions at 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Explore why resident engagement and empowerment are essential in shaping the future of social housing.

We expect subtitles to be available.
