Tips to prevent or deal with damp and mould issues in your home (and how we can help if you need us)

In this two-minute video, Robbie, one of our supervisors, explains some of the things you can do at home to prevent or reduce the risk of damp and mould-related issues – but we’d urge you to get in touch if you’re concerned about any issues in your home, no matter how big or small they might be.

Awaab’s Law sets clear legal timeframes for how quickly housing associations like us need to investigate and resolve damp and mould-related issues. It’s being introduced to ensure that no one’s health is put at risk by unsafe living conditions, and it reinforces our commitment to safe and healthy living conditions for everyone.
