Safety comes first – see how we’re protecting your homes and families (annual report 2024 to 2025)
Your safety is always our top priority. This year, we achieved 99.5% completion on gas safety checks, 100% on fire and lift assessments, and 99.4% on asbestos checks.
We’ve also carried out more than 1,000 fire safety actions, updated our high-rise safety cases in line with new regulations, and held building safety action days at all five of our high-rise buildings to provide safety advice and community support.
