While our Contact Centre is closed, you’ll still be able to report emergency repairs or urgent anti-social behaviour issues (as our Careline Team will pick up calls during this time). You can also use our automated AllPay system to make card payments when we’re closed.
Our customer Contact Centre will then reopen as usual from 8am on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
This means that they’ll be unable to take calls made to their phone line (01204 328008) or respond to emails sent to their inbox (safeguarding@boltonathome.org.uk) during this time.
If you think you need to contact our Safeguarding Team while they’re away because of an immediate risk of harm, please contact the Police directly using 999.
