We’re excited to invite residents of our high-rise buildings to our upcoming Building Safety Action Days.
These events are part of our ongoing commitment to improving the safety, condition, and wellbeing of your homes and community. They’re specifically for residents living in our high-rise buildings (those with at least seven stories or 18 metres in height).
We started things off at Fernstead House, Rogerstead House, and Blackshaw House. Our next stop is Arundel Court. Here's what you need to know:
Property inspections
Our teams will be visiting homes to carry out repairs and home safety checks.
Customer walkabout (starts at 11am)
Meet us in the entrance lobby for a walk around the building. Share your thoughts and help us spot anything that needs attention.
Visit our info points (11am-6pm)
Come and chat with us in the entrance lobby and outside gazebos We’ll be there to offer support on a range of things, including money advice, anti-social behaviour, and more.
You can also have your say by taking part in our survey and learning more about the Building Safety Panel.
Outdoor activities (11am-2pm)
Join us for litter picking and make use of the skip to get rid of any unwanted items.
Food and refreshments (11am-2pm)
Enjoy some refreshments while you meet neighbours and colleagues.
We hope you’ll join us in shaping a safer, stronger community. Your voice matters, and your involvement makes a real difference.
What’s next
We’ll be running our next action day at Rainford House on Wednesday, 6 August.
