Don't miss your chance to shape how we improve and repair your home (you’ve got until 29 November 2025)
We’re setting up a friendly, in-person group (called the Customer Asset Investment Group) where your voice can make a real difference. This is your chance to influence how we plan and deliver repairs and home improvement works.
We’ll be starting with two key areas:
- our Capital Programmes: which cover major improvements to homes
- our Repairs Policy: which covers how we handle day-to-day repairs (you can access our latest Repairs Policy by tapping here)
Your feedback will help us make sure these services meet your needs. If you’re interested in joining, please get in touch and tell us in a couple of sentences why you’d be a great fit for the group.
