Be One Homes update: Our new vans are hitting the road
Our new name, Be One Homes, officially launches in April 2026 - but you’ll start seeing the change much sooner. We’re excited to share that we’re now starting to introduce our newly branded vans and updated colleague workwear. Have you spotted any yet?
What to expect
Starting from now, you’ll start to see Be One Repairs and Careline vans displaying our new name. Colleagues driving our new vehicles will also be wearing our new branded workwear.
We’re introducing the new branding gradually. This means that you’ll still see Bolton at Home vans and colleague workwear alongside the new look for the next few months.
Why are we making the change gradually?
Our vans were already due for replacement, so it made sense to start introducing our new name and look now, before the official change in April 2026.
By taking things step by step, we’re able to:
- make the most of planned replacements
- avoid unnecessary costs
- reduce waste by using up existing materials
- keep everything running smoothly for you.
This way, we can focus on what matters most - supporting you and your community, while making the transition as easy and cost effective as possible.
Not sure who’s at your door?
We understand that seeing both names in your neighbourhood might feel unfamiliar at first. To help with this, colleagues in our newly branded vans and workwear will carry two ID cards - one for each name (Bolton at Home and Be One Homes) - so you can feel reassured about who’s at your door during this transition.
If you’re ever unsure about a visitor:
- close and lock the door
- call us on 01204 328000 to check their identity.
Our colleagues and contractors completely understand - they’re happy to wait while you make sure everything’s safe.
Looking ahead
While our name is changing, the support you receive isn’t. You’ll still see the same friendly teams, receive the same services, and contact us in all the usual ways. We’ll continue to keep you updated as we move closer to our official name change in April 2026.
