Housing officers that were based at our UCAN centres in Deane, New Bury, Johnson Fold and Tonge Moor have moved to our Valley House office.
Now you can phone the same 01204 328000 number for housing enquiries as you would do for general enquiries or repairs. You can also access a range of tenancy information and services on our website. Click here for contact details of different services.
If you’re ending your tenancy, please note that you need to bring your keys to 98 Waters Meeting Road, Bolton, BL1 8SW. You won’t be able to drop them off at a UCAN centre. Click here for a guide to getting to our office, which is open office hours Monday to Friday.
You’ll continue to get the same help from our UCAN centre staff with job searching, CVs, work clubs, barrier busting, training courses and free use of computers and the internet. Click here for details of our centres.
