£4,500 for Bolton Hospice

£4,500 for Bolton Hospice

Bolton at Home employees have raised £4,500 for Bolton Hospice.

Throughout the year, employees give donations for sweets and snacks stocked by colleagues.

Representatives from Bolton at Home visited the hospice to hand over this year’s donation and get an insight into how it will help fund the care it provides.

Shirley Ainscow, Payroll Advisor at Bolton at Home, said: “Many of our employees have been touched personally by the hard work, care and compassion shown by the team at Bolton Hospice. They do an amazing job in caring for the people of Bolton, but also supporting family members at a difficult time.”

Jon Lord, Group Chief Executive of Bolton at Home, added: “Bolton at Home has long supported Bolton Hospice. A huge thank you to all our employees who have supported this fundraising activity, especially those who go out of their way to make it happen.”

Kathryn Willett, Corporate and Community Fundraiser at Bolton Hospice, said: “We would like to thank Bolton at Home for their wonderful and continued support. We are delighted to have been given this amazing donation, which will enable the hospice to continue to care for local people at a time when they need it most.”
