National standards

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) set out seven standards we have to meet. Each year Bolton at Home undertakes a self-assessment of compliance against the RSH’s national standards and, following the assessment in 2015/16, we can confirm that Bolton at Home complies with the standards.

Economic standards

These standards apply to all registered providers.

Consumer standards

These standards apply to all registered providers. Our Board is responsible for making sure that we meet these standards and ensure that full consultation is carried out with the Customer Committee and other customer groups, who are asked to scrutinise our performance against these standards.

What is this?

This page tells you how we are meeting the national and local standards. The national standards are set by the Regulator of Social Housing.

There are two sections, economic standards and consumers standards. On each page we've set out each individual standards with a short summary.

For more detailed information you can look through the full document on each standard.
