Tenant survey: Income Management
If you’re a Bolton at Home tenant, we invite you to fill out a short survey by following this link: https://bit.ly/3022PVN
The purpose of this survey is for you to give us your views on our income management service and how you pay your rent.
Your responses will help us to better understand tenants’ awareness, experiences and preferences relating to our income management service.
We will review all the feedback you provide in the survey and see if we can make any aspects of what we do better for you.
PRIVACY NOTICE:
Your answers will only be used by Bolton at Home to help us to understand our tenants’ views in this area and will not be shared with any other organisations.
This survey is anonymous with feedback being retained electronically for up to two years and then deleted from our systems.
