Please remember that you're never on your own
Remember- if you’re struggling with your mental wellbeing, you're never on your own. We hope you can join us in spreading this simple message in observance of World Mental Health Day (which is this Sunday, 10 October).

To make it easier for those that might need them, we've gathered together some of the professional support services and information hubs available in and around Bolton:
  • Single Point Of Access (SPOA) can help with anxiety or depression. They're available on 01204 483101 or via their online portal at: www.gmmh.nhs.uk/referral-services.
  • Samaritans are here for you to listen in confidence and without judgement 24 hours a day. Contact them on 116 123 (Freephone) or email: jo@samaritans.org.
  • Kooth offers online counselling for children and young people in Bolton 11 to 25 years old, visit: www.kooth.com.
  • Bolton’s Mental Health Microsite for Children and Young People - Bekindtomymind was produced with young people in Bolton and provides a directory of local services available to support young people’s mental health: www.bekindtomymind.co.uk
  • You can learn more about Bolton Manbassadors- our Community Investment Team's men's mental health initiative- at www.boltonathome.org.uk/bolton-manbassadors.

Remember, our UCAN centre teams can help with a variety of matters or concerns.

We’re only a click/call away- and most of our centres are now open for in-person visits if you'd like a face-to-face chat. Click here if you'd like the opening hours or contact details for your nearest UCAN centre.
