Help us celebrate 50 years of Pride

bolton pride logo Bolton Pride 2022 is back, Friday 5 August - Sunday 7 August with a full weekend of free activities and entertainment planned.
 
Come along and join us to celebrate 50 years of Pride in the UK.
 

Friday 5 August

Bolton Pride launch party
7pm 'til late
The Vaults, Bar 4 & 5. Main entertainment bar and quieter chilled rainbow bar.

 

Saturday 6 August 

Bolton Pride parade
9.30am
Queen's Park, Chorley New Road entrance
 
Register at https://pridebolton.co.uk/parade/ (You only need one group lead name if you're in a group or your own name is attending by yourself).
 
Dress bold, colourful and as fabulous as you can. No cost to enter the parade. It’s open to everyone- you don’t need to be part of a specific group to be involved.

If you're a Bolton at Home tenant and would like to join our staff and local community groups in the parade, please get in touch. We have colourful t-shirts to give out on the day, just pop us an email to CommunityEngagementTeam@boltonathome.org.uk so we have an idea of numbers.

Sunday 7 August:

Family fun day & Pride Pooches
10am onwards
Victoria Square
Bar, food, stalls, ice cream vans and entertainment.
 
Show off your proud pooches by sending their photos to Bolton Pride's Facebook page.
Finalists (and their owners) will be invited to attend on the day with the winners being selected on stage.
 
We proudly sponsor the Bolton Pride Parade 2022 to further our commitment to doing what we can to provide a safe environment for the borough’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community.
 
The festival brings together diverse communities to celebrate togetherness and address the issue of hate crime.
