News from Bolton at Home
Here you'll find news articles from across the organisation, from important tenant updates and new housing developments, to community events and activities.
Would you mind lending us a helping hand so that we can understand the impact of COVID-19 in your community? We promise it won’t take long.
We’re asking tenants to complete this short survey over at: https://wh1.snapsurveys.com/s.asp?k=159523668640. It’ll only take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete, and your views will go a long way in helping us to improve our services.
As a thanks for taking part, we'll enter you into a prize draw where you’ll have the chance to win up to £250 in Love2Shop vouchers. The winner (£250) and runners-up (£50) will be announced in the second week of January 2021- what better way to start the New Year?!
This survey is just one of many to come. If you’d be interested in getting rewarded for sharing more of your views, you can register your interest in the Resident Voices (Bolton at Home Voices) Channel when you reach Question 22 of the survey linked above.
If you know someone who’d like to take part but doesn’t have access to the internet, you can request a paper copy of the survey by emailing CITeam@boltonathome.org.uk. We’ll get one sent out as quickly as possible.
Your answers will only be used to monitor and improve our services. Information will be kept electronically for up to two years and will then be deleted from our systems. More information about when and why we collect your personal data and how we use it can be found at www.boltonathome.org.uk/data-protection.
Thanks for sharing your views. Take care.
We’re happy to comment on current housing and related issues.

Quarter Turn is dedicated to raising awareness of interesting activities, relevant services and inspiring stories from in and around our communities, celebrating those involved in community activities. A new issue is printed and posted every quarter. From April 2020, we've increased the distribution so it now goes to Bolton at Home tenants aged over 70 who live in general let without Careline, as well as to those living in extra care schemes, sheltered housing and in general let with Careline.
