A tribute to Bolton Council Leader David Greenhalgh
Jon Lord, our Group Chief Executive Officer:
“It is with great sadness that we have heard of the passing of Councillor Greenhalgh.
“He was a very genuine man, who always tried to do his best for the Town of Bolton.
“I personally enjoyed working with him during the past two years and planning what could be done to bring new investment into the town.
“David was particularly focused on opportunities for young people, especially following the last difficult 18 months, and he will be sadly missed by myself, all at Bolton at Home, and many people in Bolton that he did his best to both lead and serve.”
