Between March and June we will be asking many of our tenants to sign their new Assured Tenancy Agreement.
You’ll get a pack in the post which will include two copies of your new tenancy agreement and a handbook.
It is important that you sign both copies of the new tenancy agreement and forward one back to us in the pre-paid envelope. The tenancy agreement is the contract between your new landlord, Bolton at Home, and you, the tenant.
Although you signed a tenancy agreement when you first moved into your home, this is the new tenancy agreement for the new-style Bolton at Home, your new landlord.
A copy of this new agreement was in the offer document you received last year when you were asked to vote about the future of the homes in the borough.
Tenants returning their tenancy agreement promptly (within six weeks of receiving it) will have their name entered in a prize draw. We will draw one name out every day – the chosen tenant will receive a £25 shopping voucher.
