We also have a number of voluntary positions where we actively encourage customers to get involved in shaping our services.  We have customer inspectors (who check our service delivery), green inspectors (who monitor and report on the condition of our estates), and we also invite people to join our communications panel to help us with website development, newsletter editing and generally reviewing how we keep our customers informed of what's going on.
