Although most tenants previously on a secure tenancy with Bolton at Home will be asked to sign a new Assured Tenancy Agreement, some tenants will not get one at this time.
They include:
- Tenants previously on an introductory tenancy with the council: you will get your new agreement after successfully completing 12 months as a tenant. When this happens we’ll contact you to make arrangements for you to sign your Assured Tenancy Agreement. So you don’t need to do anything further now.
- Tenants in rent arrears, or with tenancy breaches, court orders or notices against them: you will get your new Assured Tenancy Agreement once the arrears or breach has been cleared.
