Ways we can help

Many of the services we offer to our tenants are also available to other people such as:

• Adapting homes for people with disabilities.
• Careline: our community alarm service.
• Bolton care and repair.  This service helps people who are older, disabled or on low income to repair, improve, maintain or adapt their home.  Their handy person service can carry out small repairs and improvements and the labour is free of charge for people over 60 years and in receipt of certain benefits.  Non benefits claimants who are over 60 years old pay £10 per hour.  There are also plans to extend this service to include decorating and gardening.
