We want to give all our customers the chance to tell us what you think about the services you receive and to influence decisions that affect your neighbourhood. Whether you’re a tenant, resident or leaseholder, you’re our customer and your views are important to us.
Involvement is simply about having your views heard; giving some of your time doing things to help improve our services or in and for your community.
The result? You can make a real difference to our services for all customers or to your neighbourhood and the people who live there.
Some people are put off because they think they’ll have to give up too much time or they feel they might not have the knowledge to take an active part. Don’t worry – we’ve lots of different ways to be involved and there will always be someone to support you.
