Sub-letting a tenancy
You can write to us and ask for permission to take in lodgers. We won’t reasonably refuse your application. We’ll want to ensure that the property is not becoming too overcrowded and, if you live in specialised accommodation, we’ll need to make sure that the lodger also meets the letting conditions for that type of property.
