When you sign your tenancy agreement you agree to being a responsible neighbour and to respect the peace and quiet of others. Your enjoyment of your own home should not interfere with the wellbeing or privacy of other people living nearby.
We’re 100% committed to investigating and resolving cases of antisocial behaviour, nuisance, racial harassment and hate crime which involve our customers. We’ll ensure all incidents are sensitively investigated, appropriate action is taken against offenders and support is provided to the victims.
Contact us if you want to report an incident of antisocial behaviour.
Even if you’re not having problems yourself, you can help to create a community where people respect and get on with one another. You’re always welcome at public meetings and the events we organise. You can join your local tenants group and encourage people living in your neighbourhood to get involved in creating a successful community.
