What you can expect from our induction programme?
Part of making our staff feel a member of the Bolton at Home family is ensuring they are welcomed when they join our organisation and that they quickly find their feet.
That means giving every new starter an induction that is tailored to their individual needs.
There will always be a useful information pack and training sessions on:
- What Bolton at Home does
- What Bolton at Home offers you
- Health and safety
- Equality and diversity
There will also be role specific training which may include job shadowing or IT familiarisation if that is what is required.
If at any time staff feel that additional training or a skills refesher session is called for, then we run a variety of in-house courses.
