Sheltered housing

 

Our sheltered housing schemes can be found across Bolton. Living in this type of accommodation means you remain independent by having the help of a community support officer.

Typically, you may be eligible for sheltered housing if you’re elderly, ill or disabled. 

Bolton at Home  have four designated Extra Care Schemes.

  • Merton House
  • Campbell House
  • Eldon Street
  • Maxton House

The properties in these schemes are allocated to people over 60yrs and who require  a level of care. Extra Care aims to promote independence for Older People who  require additional support,  care and security.

All  of the schemes offer the following:

  • Dedicated Housing Support Officer
  • On site Care team available 7.30-10pm. 7 days per week
  • 24hr Careline Service and Warden Call System
  • Concierge and CCTV security service
  • Communal facilities including laundry and Community Centre.
