All employees can join the contributory pension scheme. Pensions are paid direct from monthly salaries at a rate of 6%, with Bolton at Home contributing an agreed annual percentage.
The Bolton & District Hospital Saturday Healthcare scheme is available to all employees. The scheme offers affordable help with everyday healthcare costs and payments can be made direct from salaries on a monthly basis.
All employees are entitled to 26.5 days leave in addition to statutory holidays. After 5 years of continuous service, this increases to 31.5 days.
