Visit the one stop shop at Bolton Town Hall between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday to use the Freephone to report a repair.

All requests for repairs will be verified before they are processed. Please make sure that you provide us with all the appropriate information including a daytime telephone number as we may need to contact you to arrange an appointment.
Once your repair has been processed you will receive notification of when we’ll visit you through the post.
If this appointment turns out to be unsuitable, please contact us as soon as possible to re-arrange. If on the day of your appointment our operative can’t gain access to your house (for example, if you’re out), they will leave a card asking you to call us again if you still need the repair carrying out.
