Taking responsibility for our own development
Our goal is for every employee to develop their performance and knowledge. We want our people to feel fulfilled in their work and realise their full potential.
Part of this process is taking personal responsibility for our own career development. We do this through personal and development schemes which helps us to review our own performance, set future goals, identify training needs and ensure that whatever we do supports the overall aspirations of the organisation.
The annual review is complemented by regular one-to-one sessions between employee and line manager. The one-to-one is an opportunity to share issues, discuss progress and agree actions for the coming period.
