We work to agreed standards

All customers having work done to their home or on their estate areas will be notified.  You’ll be offered a visit before the work starts to go over health and safety issues and to answer any questions or discuss any concerns.

When we carry out major building works to your home we try to arrange them so you can remain in your home whilst the works are being carried out. However there are occasions when it is necessary to carry our major works such as structural repairs to your home.

In the unlikely event that you will be required to move from your home, then we’ll offer you temporary accommodation and pay any reasonable expenses such as cost of removal. Whilst living in temporary accommodation you’ll continue to pay rent on your principle home.

A liaison officer will visit your home before any major repairs start on your home to explain the process in more detail and support you during the period of the repair work. The duration of your stay in temporary accommodation will depend in the extent of the work to be carried out to your home.
